Contract Win

Imaginatik plc (AIM: IMTK.L), the world's first full service innovation provider offering a range of technology products and consultancy, is pleased to announce that a long-term US based client in the financial services sector has agreed an extended two year contract worth in excess of £0.7 million effective as of September 2013. Under the Company's new revenue recognition policy, approximately £0.2m of this contract is expected to be recognised in the current financial year, with the remainder adding to Imaginatik's growing level of deferred contracted revenue.
