Contract Extension

Imaginatik plc (AIM: IMTK), a leading provider of enterprise innovation solutions including a range of technology products and consultancy, is pleased to announce a significant multi-year contract extension with a major global provider of property and casualty insurance products and services.

This extension builds on an agreement initially signed in 2008. Under the terms of the contract, Imaginatik will continue to enable their internal and open innovation programs with Innovation Central and Results Engine, Imaginatik's new software solution for performance and results management.
