Capital Market Strategy Update

Imaginatik plc (AIM: IMTK.L), the world's first full service innovation provider offeringĀ a range of technology products and consultancy, today announces an update to the statement made on 7 February 2013.

The Company has completed discussions with all of its main institutional investors and has concluded that given the strong support for the Company the best option for Imaginatik and all its shareholders is to remain on AIM.
The Board is currently in advanced discussions with institutional investors regarding the future funding arrangements of the Company.
Matt Cooper, Executive Chairman of Imaginatik, commented: "While a return to revenue growth has not been as swift as we would have liked, we have secured a record number of new customers in the last financial year and continue to firmly believe in the long-term prospects for Imaginatik. We have been greatly encouraged by the considerable support shown by our major institutional shareholders with regards to the Company's strategy of transitioning from pure product sales to a model of consultancy-led sales and are optimistic of a successful future as an AIM listed company."
