Board Changes
Imaginatik plc (AIM: IMTK.L), the world's first full service innovation provider offering a range of technology products and consultancy, announces it is reducing the number of board members from six to four, which is considered more appropriate for a company of its size. As of 21 June 2013, the Board will consist of Executive Chairman, Matthew Cooper, COO and CFO Shawn Taylor, Non-executive Director, David Gammon and Non-executive Director, Simon Charles. Current Directors, Nick Goss (CTO) and Luis Solis (President, Americas) will both step down from their positions on the Board while maintaining their full time roles on the management team of the Company.
