Ariana Resources PLC22 December 2006 22 December 2006AIM: AAU TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 theBoard of Ariana Resources plc (the "Company") is required to notify the marketof the following: As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consistsof 46,957,362 Ordinary Shares with a nominal value of £0.01 each, with votingrights ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares inTreasury. Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company withvoting rights is 46,957,362.
