Conversion of Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock 2019 ("CULS")

Application is being made by Aberdeen Asian Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC (the "Company") to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange Plc for a total of 2,595 new Ordinary shares of 25p each ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List, and dealings are expected to commence on or around 14 December 2016. The new Ordinary Shares will rank, pari passu, with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.
The listing application has been made following the conversion of £21,594 units of CULS in the period to 30 November 2016.
