Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMRs')
On 11 December 2020, the Company paid a final dividend of $1.5 cents per ordinary share to all registered shareholders as at 13 November 2020.
The Company has been notified that on 22 December 2020, the Trustees of the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan (the "Plan") purchased ordinary shares in the market to be held under the Plan as Dividend Shares. Details of the number of Dividend Shares issued to persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") are shown below:
