CLOSE ENTERPRISE VCT PLC
VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL
Close Enterprise VCT PLC announces that it has, today, purchased 18,000 Ordinary shares at a price of 70 pence per share. This represents 0.06% of the total number of voting rights in the Company before the transaction. These shares will be held in treasury.
Following this transaction and in conformity with the Transparency Directive's provisions we would like to notify the market of the following:
Close Enterprise VCT PLC's capital as at 30 January 2009 consists of 30,360,885 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 50p. Close Enterprise VCT PLC holds 33,000 shares in Treasury.
Therefore the total number of voting rights in Close Enterprise VCT PLC is 30,327,885.
The figure of 30,327,885 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, Close Enterprise VCT PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
