The estimated un-audited net asset value, calculated in accordance with the guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Finsbury Growth & Income Trust PLC at the close of business on 6 August 2009 was 218.10p (ex income) 221.19p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the reissue of all of the 1,598,250 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share price on 6 August 2009 was 217.74p (ex income) 220.73p (cum income).
