("Adastra") will be holding a special meeting of itsshareholders on Thursday, August 3, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. (EDT) at 66 WellingtonStreet West, Suite 3600, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Shareholders will be asked to pass a special resolution approving an arrangementpursuant to which First Quantum Minerals Ltd. would acquire the remaining commonshares of Adastra it does not currently own.
