Appointment of Director
All Asia Asset Capital (AIM: AAA), an investment company focused on investing in the growing markets of the Asia Pacific region, is pleased to announce the appointment of Akekachat Leelapanyalert to the Board of AAA in the role of part-time Executive Director with immediate effect.
Mr Leelapanyalert is a Managing Director in the business development and corporate strategy department of Apple Wealth Securities Public Company Limited, a company providing securities brokerage and corporate finance services in Thailand. Prior to his current role he was a director in the investment banking department of Country Group Securities Public Company Limited where he worked on the 304 million Thai Baht fundraise and listing of DNA 2002 PLC as the lead underwriter. Mr Leelapanyalert started his career at Phatra Securities Public Company Limited as an analyst in the investment banking department. Mr Leelapanyalert has a First Class Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree (with a major in Finance) from Chulalongkorn University in Thailand.
