ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT - CORRECTION

Since the publication on 29 July 2022 of the Company's results for the year ended 31 March 2022 (the "Annual Report") the Company has become aware of an error in Note 5 to the financial statements.

The table within Note 5 - Operating Leases on page 58 of the Annual Report should have appeared as per the below:

All other details remain unchanged.
