17 March 2015 88 ENERGY LIMITED Supplementary Prospectus Pursuant to Rule 20 of the AIM Rules for Companies, 88 Energy Limited (ASX:88E; AIM: 88E) ("88 Energy" or "the Company") would like to advise that it haslodged a Supplementary Prospectus in relation to an offer of up to 1,000 listedOptions (exercisable at $0.02 each on or before 2 March 2018) at an issue priceof $0.001 per Option to raise up to $1.00.
