Issue of Performance Rights
88 Energy Limited (ASX:88E, AIM:88E, OTC:EEENF) (88 Energy or the Company) confirms that following receipt of shareholder approval for the issue of certain performance rights ("Performance Rights") at the general meeting of the Company held on 11 November 2022 (the "GM"), the Company has now issued a total of 96,095,000 Performance Rights pursuant to the Company's employee incentive scheme.
This includes the issue of 33,750,000 Performance Rights to Ashley Gilbert, Managing Director of the Company. Following this award, Mr Gilbert now holds a total of 86,596,667 performance rights (subject to vesting conditions).
Further details of the Performance Rights are set out in the notice of meeting for the GM which is available on the Company's website www.88energy.com.
