7 September 2012 TANGIERS PETROLEUM LIMITED ISSUE OF SHARES
Tangiers Petroleum Limited (the Company) announces that it has issued 2,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares at a price of GBP£0.18 per share which makes up the first tranche of the private placement announced on 4 September 2012. The Company has applied for the new shares to be admitted to trading on both the ASX and AIM markets. Trading in the new shares on AIM is expected to commence on or around 10 September 2012.
Following the placement, the Company has the following securities on issue:
