Publication of Final Terms
The following Final Terms are available for viewing:
1) Final Terms dated 25 September 2018 in respect of an issue by British Telecommunications public limited company ("BT") of EUR 500,000,000 0.875 per cent. Notes due 26 September 2023 (the "2023 Notes"); and
2) Final Terms dated 25 September 2018 in respect of an issue by BT of EUR 500,000,000 2.125 per cent. Notes due 26 September 2028 (the "2028 Notes").
The Notes are issued under the €20,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme established by BT.
The Final Terms in respect of each of the 2023 Notes and the 2028 Notes, respectively, must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 15 June 2018, as supplemented by the Supplement dated 21 September 2018, including all documents incorporated by reference (together, the "Prospectus") which together constitute a base prospectus for the purposes of Article 5.4 of Directive 2003/71/EC, as amended.
Full information on BT, and in respect of each of the 2023 Notes and the 2028 Notes, respectively, is only available on the basis of the combination of the Prospectus and the Final Terms in respect of each of the 2023 Notes and the 2028 Notes, respectively.
