WHGL is registered as a charitable community benefit society under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Society Act 2014 with registered number 8067 and as a registered provider with the Social Housing Regulator with registered number LH4220.

HPGL is registered as a charitable community benefit society under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Society Act 2014 with registered number 30224R and as a registered provider with the Social Housing Regulator with registered number L4491.
