Notification of Executive Appointments - Housing Plus Group

Housing Plus Group are pleased to announce two new appointments to the executive team.

Suzanne Forster has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer. She joins the Group from Excolo Housing Consultancy and brings a wealth of executive experience from previous roles in large housing associations. Suzanne will be replacing Jon Lamb, who is retiring from his post of Executive Director of Finance later in the year. Suzanne will be responsible for finance, treasury, audit, risk and assurance, legal and governance and procurement.

David Hall, who is currently Head of Property at Housing Plus Group, has been appointed to the new role of Executive Director of Investment and Growth. He has extensive experience in asset management, compliance and development, gained both at Housing Plus Group and a number of other housing providers. He will be responsible for strategic asset management, building safety and compliance, zero carbon, development, regeneration and commercial services.

Wayne Gethings, Chief Executive of the Housing Plus Group, said "Following a rigorous selection process, I am delighted that both Suzanne and David will be joining the executive team. Their skill sets, experience and knowledge will be invaluable in the next phase of our journey as a newly merged organisation".
