OOREDOO TO CHANGE BOND NAMES
We refer to the USD 3 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme listed by Qtel International Finance Limited (Issuer) on The Irish Stock Exchange pursuant to a base prospectus dated 7 December 2012, and first supplemented on 22 January 2013.
The Bermudan Registrar of Companies has confirmed the name change of the Issuer from "Qtel International Finance Limited" to "Ooredoo International Finance Limited".
Please note that the references to the GMTN Programme and the following Notes on the Irish Stock Exchange will be changed accordingly.
