Ooredoo Q.P.S.C Announces the Transfer of Shares of Omani Qatari Telecommunications Company SAOG ('Ooredoo Oman - Ticker: ORED') from one fully owned subsidiary to another fully owned subsidiary of Ooredoo Q.P.S.C.
Doha, Qatar, 26 August 2019: Ooredoo Q.P.S.C. ("Ooredoo") - Ticker ORDS - today announced that it has executed a share transfer, as part of an internal reorganization, of its 55% shareholding in Omani Qatari Telecommunications Company SAOG ('Ooredoo Oman - Ticker: ORED') from its fully owned subsidiary MENA Investcom S.P.C. to its fully owned subsidiary Seyoula International Investment W.L.L, registered in Qatar. Both these subsidiaries are ultimately owned by Ooredoo Q.P.S.C.
