Publication of Prospectus

Optivo Finance Plc previously announced on 12 July 2023 that it had raised £100m (with £50m retained) of deferred funding, via a tap of its 5.25% 2043 bonds (the Tap Issue).

In respect of the Tap Issue, the following prospectus (the Prospectus) has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and is available for viewing:
