New Executive Director for Karbon Homes

Karbon Homes has appointed Scott Martin as its new Executive Director of Resources.

Karbon Homes is a housing association that owns or manages almost 30,000 properties across the North East of England and Yorkshire and has recently committed to developing 500 new homes every year. 

Scott started his career with KPMG before moving into senior finance and management roles in the housebuilding sector. He spent 10 years at Barratt Homes as Finance Director and then Managing Director before taking the position as Group Finance Director at the £230million turnover Storey Homes.

Paul Fiddaman, Group Chief Executive at Karbon Homes said: "We are delighted to appoint Scott into this important position within Karbon's leadership team.

"Scott will be joining Karbon at a very exciting time. Following our recent bond financing and our ambitious commitment to new homes development, there are some exciting challenges ahead. Scott's knowledge and experience makes him ideally placed for this role."

Scott joins the organisation on Monday 3 February 2020.
