Board Appointments, Karbon Group 

On 22 April 2025, the Karbon Group Board agreed the appointment of Alexis Cleveland as Chair Designate, to take over the role of Group Board Chair from 1 July 2025, following the retirement of Sir David Bell KCB DL. Alexis joined the Karbon Group Board in October 2020 and has served as Vice-Chair and Senior Independent Director since December 2021. Alexis will take on the Chair role until she reaches the end of her tenure with the Group in September 2026. 

On 31 March 2025, the Group Board agreed the following appointments: 

· Appointment of David Murtagh as Group Board Member and Chair of the Group Audit and Risk Committee from 1 April 2025. David replaces Stephen Spill who reached the end of his tenure with the Group in March 2025.

· Appointment of Rachel Turnbull as Group Board Member from 1 June 2025. Rachel replaces Steve Secker who reaches the end of his tenure with the Group in May 2025.

· Appointment of Raman Sanghera as Group Board Member from 1 July 2025.

In March 2025 the 54North Homes Board appointed Oliver Boundy as 54 North Homes Board Member. Oliver replaces Shahida Iqbal who reaches the end of her tenure with the Group in May 2025.. 54North Homes is a registered provider subsidiary of the Karbon Group: 

On 28 April 2025, the Karbon Group Nominations Committee recommended the following appointments to be ratified at meetings in May: 

· Appointment of Andy Gamble as Chair of 54 North Homes. Andy replaces Steve Secker who reaches the end of his tenure with the Group in May 2025.

· Appointment of Dennis Watson as Chair of Graphite Living. Graphite Living is a new proposed for-profit registered provider subsidiary of the Group. 

· Appointment of Christine Smith as Non-Executive Director of Graphite Living.

· Appointment of Celia Weldon as Non-Executive Director of Leazes Homes. Leazes Homes Ltd is a registered provider subsidiary of the Karbon Group.
