DIRECTORATE CHANGE AT LEEDS BUILDING SOCIETY
Following the announcement on 24th June 2025, which referred to Richard Fearon (CEO) taking a few months away from work, the Board has agreed the appointment of Neil Fuller (existing Board Risk Committee Chair) to be the Interim Senior Independent Director and Pam Rowland (NED) to be the Interim Chair of Remuneration Committee. Both will be subject to regulatory approval and will act as interims whilst the previous role holder, Annette Barnes, will stand in as Interim CEO (also subject to regulatory approval).
