This notification is being made in respect of Hermes Infrastructure I LP as the direct holder of shares for the purpose of DTR 5.1.2.
This notification is also being made in respect of Hermes GPE LLP, which is an indirect holder of shares for the purpose of DTR 5.2.1 (e) and has an individual notification obligation under DTR 5.1.5.
