3iΒ InfrastructureΒ plcΒ (the 'Company') announces that all the resolutions contained in the Notice of Annual General Meeting datedΒ 23 May 2011 were passed at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today, 5 July 2011. These included resolutions 13 and 14, which constituted special business.
