Appointment of Nominated Adviser and Broker
The Board is pleased to announce that finnCap Limited have been appointed as Nominated Adviser and Broker to Iafyds with immediate effect.
Iafyds is in advanced preparations to acquire a profitable UK software business focused on remote data access.
The proposed transaction is conditional on completing outstanding due diligence, shareholder approval and a funding round.
Iafyds and the UK software business, together with their respective institutional backers and professional advisers, are expecting to announce the proposed transaction by the end of July 2015. Iafyds will apply for a restoration of trading of the Company's shares on AIM on completion of the transaction.
While the Iafyds directors are hopeful that a transaction will be completed as outlined above there can be no guarantee this will be the case before the Company's listing on AIM is due for permanent cancellation on 6 August 2015.
