Publication of Prospectus
The following prospectus has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and is available for viewing:
Prospectus dated 28 January 2010 for the update of the £750,000,000 Multicurrency Programme for the issuance of Guaranteed Bonds, with South East Water (Finance) Limited as the issuer and South East Water Limited and South East Water (Holdings) Limited as the guarantors (the issuer and the guarantors together, the "Obligors")
The Prospectus should be read and construed in conjunction with the following documents which are also available to the public for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS:
(i) audited annual financial statements of each of the Obligors for the financial year ended 31 March 2008 together in each case with the auditors' report thereon; and
(ii) audited annual financial statements of each of the Obligors for the financial year ended 31 March 2009 together in each case with the auditors' report thereon.
