Publication of Final Terms
The following final terms are available for viewing:
Final Terms dated 9 February 2010 for South East Water (Finance) Limited's £130,000,000 2.5329 per cent. Guaranteed Unwrapped Index-Linked Bonds due 3 June 2041 issued under its multicurrency programme for the issuance of Guaranteed Bonds (the "Programme").
The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Bonds and must be read in conjunction with the prospectus dated 28 January 2010 (the "Prospectus") relating to the Programme, which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Directive.
