2010 Annual Report and Accounts

The Board of Titon announces that the Annual Report & Accounts for the year to 30th September 2010, together with the formal notice of the 2011 Annual General Meeting, will be posted to all shareholders week commencing 17th January 2011.

The Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting will be held on 16th February 2011 at 10:00am at Falconer Road, Haverhill, Suffolk CB9 7XU.

The 2010 Annual Report and Accounts document may also be viewed or downloaded from the Company's website at www.titonholdings.com.
