The Board of OneSavings Bank plc, the challenger Bank, announces the retirement of Dr Peter Williams as a Non Executive Director of the Bank with effect from 31 December 2013.
Stephan Wilcke, OneSavings Bank's Chairman, said:
Peter has made a significant contribution to the development of the business during a period of substantial change having been with the Bank's predecessor business, Kent Reliance Building Society since 2010. The Board would like to thank him for his commitment and dedication during his time with the Bank. We wish Peter all the best in his future endeavours.
