Changes in SBB's management

Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) ('SBB') today announces that Annika Ekström, Property Director and Deputy CEO, is leaving SBB at her own request after being offered a new role as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Public Property Invest, where she will be part of the management team. "Annika has played a central role in developing SBB's property portfolio and creating value for our stakeholders. We are delighted that she will continue to contribute to the development of community properties in her new role at Public Property Invest, where SBB will be a significant owner. I would like to express my sincere thanks for her efforts and wish her every success in her new role," says Leiv Synnes, CEO of SBB.
