Robins saying "gullible" was probably naive of me. I mean 'helpful' is Stephen Lundy who runs Bespoke capital solutions. That company have arranged loans for Red Rock in the past using some of his wealthy clients. I believe the present largest shareholder is his client.

So his company offers it's services to Red Rock. Is he also paid by Red Rock (or in the past been paid) to forcefully direct the correct Red Rock story on this thread? To me that seems highly likely.

When i first invested in Red Rock in the summer/autumn of 2013 it's highly unlikely i was heaping any praise upon Bell. Even back then i believed in deliver in what you say and if you let shareholders down and don't deliver then fall on your sword in disgrace and resign.

The astonishing thing about you compared to most shareholders is that most shareholders incredibly quickly work the leader out, you on the otherhand are still believing every word.

Can you imagine some of his clients investing in RRR on the back of his recommendation.

Then they realise that the expert who recommended Red Rock is actually the numero uno ramper on the Red Rock thread.

Their hearts must sink a little at that realisation.

Well i struggle to feel any sympathy. I recall him laughing at others who had lost in RRR and he said it was there fault if they had invested in RRR in a downward cycle.

He is supposed to be the expert who persuaded his big shareholder client to invest in RRR. No offence but who would recommend for sonebody to invest in Red Rock?

If they are an expert they should be struck off for giving such recommendations.

Has been ramping Red Rock relentlessly for a good five years. Yet of late he's eased off and gone suspiciously quiet. Does he and a few select others know something the rest of us don't?

He was born Feb 1955. Companies house says he joined Red Rock on 8th Sept 2004. So he was 49 when he joined Red Rock and now he's 67.

Will he still be here at 80?

Usually a CEO buying a decent amount of shares would be a sign of confidence but in this instance it would only be a sign of self presevation because he wants to get re-elected and also wants to disapply the pre-emption rights.

Red Rock listed on AIM in 2005 and Bell has been here all that time and so he's had more than enough time to build Red Rock into a successful company. So he should go but i can also see the pitfalls in his removal because some of Red Rock's operations are in difficult to operate countries like Kenya and Congo and on top of that i'm never convinced that Red Rock's assets are as good as Bell makes them out to be. So his removal could reveal the harsh reality that there isn't much here.

My hopes aren't high that he will be removed but we will soon see at the end of the month.

Leading up to the AGM i wouldn't be surprised to see Bell buy some additional Red Rock shares because he will desperately want extra votes to disapply the pre-emption rights and then he will be able to bypass the large RRR shareholders when issuing new shares. Of course that would mean that HELPFUL and his large shareholder client would get their shareholding diluted and then they would no longer have any influence or pose any threat to AB.

So don't be surprised if he does buy a big amount of shares because if he can disapply the pre-emption rights and then dilute the large shareholders into oblivion then that would mean he could reign at Red Rock for many more years unchallenged which could earn him millions.

I see Stephen is still in the company formerly known as RGM. It must be a good 5 years he's been in that company now.

For those who don't know Stephen was the largest shareholder at RGM and he and others got rid of AB. Unfortunately for him he's been left with the equally useless Scott Kaintz.

In the below 18 November 2020 rns Red Rock gave Kansai mining a $1 million promissory note that would be payable to Kansai mining 15 months later. So it was due around last week.

So i would be wary because we don't know if Red Rock have sufficient money to be able to pay out that amount of money.

Matter of interest, do VUP ever put up a defence in any of these cases? or do they just ignore everything so RRR automatically win?

have you noticed how very few of them ever take photos or videos of their projects? For AIM management it's like camera or video doesn't exist.

I suspect the reason for this is that management know that AIM investors can make unseen projects look grandiose in their imaginations. However with video or camera all the shareholder would see would be empty blank landscapes. So I'm sure in the end AIM management conclude that it's best to leave these unseen projects to the investors imaginations.

So 15 months later would mean Red Rock would need to pay Kansai the $1 million by 18th February 2022.

On top of the above Red Rock also paid Kansai $2.5 million. They paid $1 million in cash + in this March 2021 RNS they additionally paid Kansai $1.5 million in shares.

If you look in the above RNS you'll see that Stephen Lundy's (or poster HELPFUL's) company BESPOKE CAPITAL SOLUTIONS clients were meant to be buying over half of Kansai's shares. In the same RNS Bell effectively says Kansai would hold onto their shares but from the date they were given those shares (see 22nd March 2021 RNS. Also see the RRR chart) the Red Rock share price collapsed.

Whether in the end Stephen Lundy's clients took those shares I don't know but whoever took them seem to hammer them into to the market. So beware in a couple of weeks if Kansai get handed more shares.

Multimillionaire Scott gets £100,000 at Red Rock. He is CEO of corcel and his pay has skyrocketed to £214,000. He is also CEO of Curzon energy and that company have been in suspension for 14 months yet his pay there is £169,000.

In 1st March 2021 RNS rrr paid Kansai the $2.5 million in cash. So come Feb 2022 let's hope RRR have saved $1 million to pay Kansai.
