I'm shocked by Dukey's reaction to Helpful's post. Like a lot of people's posts Helpful's post was based mostly on his own personal opinion.

(1) His third from last paragraph when he explained what went on he started it with "SUPPOSEDLY".

Supposedly can mean "presumed to be true or real without conclusive evidence". So only guesswork from him what happened.

(2) He said Gecamines intend to clean up their act.

That is just his opinion.

(3) He said Red Rock won a monetary court case against VUP

As been pointed out on many previous occasions little chance of weak Red Rock getting that money from VUP.

(4) He said: "Suing Gecamines: Gecamines is the largest DRC para-statal. Suing Gecamines is regarded as an attack on DRC; VUP made a big mistake in suing Gecamines. RRR has not and will not make the same mistake".

^^^^^^ So Gecamines will be happy about that. So now they can keep the $15 million with no fear of subsequent legal action from Red Rock.

(5) He said: "RRR's role was to be the operator, procure a BFS and bring the assets into production. ".

On many previous occasions "Helpful" has said if RRR hadn't lost Musonoi Red Rock with Andrew Bell would by now have brought it into production. Does anybody but Bell fanboy Helpful believe this?

(6) He said: 'I have no doubts that Glencore is next on the agenda but that is only my opinion"

Like he said that is only his opinion.

Poster "Helpful" paints a picture of VUP are bad, Glencore are bad, Gecamines are good and looking after the $15 million. In reality when a foreign mining company operates in DRC a local needs to hold a certain percentage, so in these large projects inevitably Gecamines get installed as the partner. Then from there they can wield their influence on the partner.

So it's totally naive of "Helpful" to paint Gecamines as the good guys taking care of the $15 million. The only reason Red Rock don't openly criticize Gecamines is because Gecamines have the money and so any harsh criticism and the chances of recieving money would be zero.

Lastly Bell posting on twitter that he's in the DRC is meaningless. I'm sure last year he said he was intending for a meeting with the president of DRC. That would be news, not news is a twitter pic of a close up of the embroidery of a persons tunic.

Specinvestor, when you look at the earlier Gecamines link "helpful" posted today.. and also look the old Gecamines below news stories from a few years ago, you can only conclude that Gecamines in the DRC mostly get their own way.

And who knows maybe VUP never sign. Maybe huge pressure from powerful people not to do so.

We are told that behind the back of Red Rock's state owned Gecamines persuaded Red Rock's JV partner VUP (for a monetary sum) to relinquish it's joint venture licence. If Red Rock's name was also on the licence Gecamines had the power and influence to erase Red Rock's name from the licence. Then we are told once Gecamines owned the licence they immediately sold it on at a massive profit.

Yet bizarrely on here some make Gecamines out to be the good guys who are holding onto the $15 million and they are eagerly awaiting to see who they should pay out this $15 million.

The £256,000 of old debt converted into CLNs is according to the final results RNS from a company named Yew Tree Capital. I don't know if they have any connection the other lenders? if not they may not roll over and so could request payment.

You suspect that Helpful's defence of Bell and him now saying those who dislike Bell are both "ridiculous" and "irrational" is purely out of greed and self interest.

He says he's arranged most of the convertible loan notes with Red Rock. So no doubt Red Rock pay him a fee for that. If the CLNs are rolled over for another year (in a week or two) then again he probably gets an additional fee from Red Rock for persuading his clients to roll over. Also introducing his clients to invest in both ALR and then Red Rock's Burkina Faso project again for that probably gets additional fees from his clients.

So when in the past some have been surprised that Helpful wouldn't support the removal of Bell. That would be like a Turkey voting for Christmas. So never a surprise for his unswerving and often aggressive support of Bell.

To me this comes across all very grubby with huge conflicts of interests.

Like others i too have noticed a change in your Zimbabwe ramp angle lately. I sense as you are a direct ALR shareholder, you are more desperate and bashing harder and harder on those keys. Am i right? 🤓

Until recently your promotion angle was Tin hill would within days be going into production, it would then generate so much money that neither Red Rock nor ALR would need to put another penny into it. All that Tin hill generated money would in time support production on the other licenses. Is that right? 🤓

If the ALR/RRR first project Tin hill underwhelms and AB finds it more costly and more complicated than expected then there is no guarantee Red Rock would continue. With Red Rock being a minority holder they may bow out and leave it to ALR to continue and fund on their own.

Tradedesk for you seeing "the Congo money is imminent" is fresh but for others they have been seeing that line for over a year. So you would think we are nearing the point when Bell either stops mentioning it or he informs the market that he no longer expects the DRC money to be imminent.

Also we were told the beauty of the ALR Tin Hill lithium project is that within days they could start Tin hill production (with minimal outlay) and the profits would quickly be huge. So we will quickly find out if It is true or if it is pie in the sky fantasy.

Tradedesk around those dates in 2020 there were around 700-800 million shares in issue, now there is almost 2.5 billion shares in issue.

Banbury, i also don't rate this nomad. Years ago at Bell's former company RGM they were allowing RGM to release RNS's saying Rosa coal mines in America was about to go into production. A local in authority told me it was absolute rubbish and Rosa wasn't coming into production. I believes Bell's excuse was because RGM were a minority partner they were only reporting what they were being told by the majority partners. Nevertheless Beaumont were allowing them to RNS all that untrue rubbish.

It was Wetherby's property developer/coal baron Stephen Moscicki who took the unknowledgable Bell for a right old mug. I believe RGM eventually wrote £2 million off on the failed Stephen Moscicki coal investments. I believe Bell later did interviews saying that it was an apprentceiship which would put RGM in good stead for their next US coal venture. Of course the next US coal project (not with Moscicki) was also a dismal failure.

I never thought i'd post this video again but here is Bell asking Moscicki questions. I always think in this short video Moscicki knew Bell was unknowledgable but he knew if he fed the Bell ego and let Bell believe he knew what he was talking about then that would make Bell an excellent sucker. I suspect that is the same in Zimbabwe with both Bell and Stephen Lundy.

Some may not realise but Red Rock have other projects in the DRC. So to stop any accusations that the Red Rock CEO is trying to mislead investors/potential investors on an obscure telegram group, Red Rock should release an official Red Rock RNS to give the exact reason why the CEO is going to the DRC.

An investor troll is usually a person who has high standards. The so called troll usually expects high standards from a ceo and a company.

Those who usually call them trolls accept low standards from a company and a ceo.

For a person unfamiliar with a company then reading through the RNS's of that company should give them past news and all the up to date news on that company.

Yet we are told that the Red Rock CEO is now posting on some obscure telegram group that he is flying out to the DRC. In everybodies imagination you can guess why he's going to the DRC but a Red Rock RNS would be better to explain the exact reason why the RRR ceo is flying to the DRC.

Not everybody uses twitter or telegram. RNS's should be the route a company updates the information on a company not telegram or twitter or youtube.
