So repeat transmissions, yes but with a note to say: "courtesy joe blogs earlier" or "apologies if a repeat".....blah blah..............would help assuage certain poster :)

Scout - small technical correction: Porvenir isn't (yet) a confirmed Tier 1. No MRE's.
But looking at the early inferred results - Porvenir could easily overshadow Alpala making Solg one of the most lucrative junior miners on the planet.

NM knows there a bid(s) coming. He's fast tracking Porvenir to add to his portfolio to prove to the bidder that he is not a one trick pony. I'm still not convinced BHP are the leading contenders in this race but they won't want to be left behind if something juicy kicks off. Again - I think NCM are non-runners in this particular race due to cash flow issues.

Pad/schlem - I wonder if Porvenir took NM by surprise? In that he was all set to spend the $100m on Alpala and the seperate $40m acquired from PI's on 'other tenements (namely Porvenir), when Porvenir hit bullseye. What does he do now? Will his strategy change? Will he be permitted to spend what he needs on "other" targets above the $40m?
Shall he keep Alpala and run with others in tandem? Sell Cascabel, dump CGP and ensa - and concentrate on his 100% owned 'other' sites (porvenir, Rio etc). Decisions decisions......
Correct me if I am wrong but a fast tracked PFS for porvenir costs millions yes?

Sanboy - sore point. The solg stock festered for frickin years, when we all thought we were onto a sure fire winner (bit like the very early days of GGP), but recently (after increasing their media trasnmissions and discovering Porvenir - the stock has ingited (finally!). If forecasts are true, solg could be one of the biggest gold/copper discoveries for decades!
So- as I said to mercman: crossramping (in small doses) is the way others get exposure to the 'next big discovery' perhaps. Provided of course it is a legit ramp and not advertising for the sake of it.

All copied. 10% is a respectable tax to me! I'm guessing there must be some small print in the ENSA contract dictating more than this for NM to mention it at all?
I've noticed recently that NCM have been busy positioning themselves for aquisitions globally. I'm wondering if they can afford everything on their wish list. IMO - solg will not be a target for NCM. They have cheaper fish to fry.

Mercedesman - you have a short memory. I bet GGP was cross ramped onto other BB's when it, too was 1p or less and people there saying 'no chance!'. One has to dip their toe in the water at some stage, I guess.....just as we did not that long ago (except solg of course when I bought 8 years ago!).

There's plenty of speculation that NCM have a limited wish list simply because (a) they have so much 'hanging fruit' to pick from and (b) only so much money in their coffers.
It will be interesting to see how this pans out and how best they spread their risks

Pad - I agree, re the sell value of between 150p and 200p. Do you know what the tax implications are if they sell alpala. NM seems 'concerned' (maybe too strong a word) about the tax implications?

No disrespect to PG. Correct me if I am wrong but PG's expertise in all of this has been sat data, no?
Some volume calcs but that is all. The "experts" regarding volumes and densities etc surely are the likes of Hydrogen and MagicTrader and a couple of others. Does PG dabble in the mineralisation calcs also?

Regarding the FM's comments regarding PG....TMT you obviously know more than I do in this respect but what I saw and heard was a 'passing' comment on a PI, that's all....nothing more, nothing less. To suggest GH relies on PG's calcs....errrm nah!
