The company will return to trading from tomorrow in the MAB, once lifted the suspension of quotation decreed on April 30 due to the delay in the presentation of the group's annual accounts. In addition to restructuring the debt, it will change its name and headquarters, which will be in Ireland.
The shares of Ebioss Energy will be quoted from tomorrow on the Alternative Stock Market (MAB). The company was suspended from trading since April 30, when the board of directors of Bolsas y Mercados Españoles intervened in response to the continued delay on the date of presentation of the group's results for 2018.
At the time of the suspension, Ebioss shares stood at 0.382 euros, in the area of ??annual minimums, and below the 0.42 euros with which it closed the year 2018.
The suspension of its quotation stopped a 23% collapse that had suffered the company in little more than a month, from the 0,499 euros that reached the past 22 March, and that had sunk its capitalization below 8 million euros.
The suspension of the contribution suspension occurs after the company details the restructuring it will carry out. The group quoted in the MAB and specialized in technologies of the waste sector has reached a refinancing agreement with the bondholders.
The agreement with the bondholders will restructure more than 19 million euros. Of this amount, four million of the main bond will be converted into capital, if good the figure could be extended to 6 million in the next 30 months.
The rest of the 13 million debt with the main bondholder will be converted into a 7-year loan, at 2% interest and with two years of lack of both principal and interest, as will the case with the 4.4 million euros of debt with the second largest bondholder.
Ebioss will also capitalize a debt of 1.85 million uros with the third largest bondholder.
This restructuring will be conditioned, among other issues, on the "achievement of the Akiles project", which implies a "complete strategic reorientation of the group", and the suspension during the first two years of the dividend.
