I watched the video Vanv & listened to the comments. I’m not disappointed that they’ve moved to a non invasive nasal swab. Saliva is still in development & may or may not come good. Getting a test out which can be mass produced is all I’m really interested in, regardless of the sample type.
Maybe Vanv, alternatively, it could be a reaction to the governments requirements. Guess we'll find out soon enough. They are still working with saliva so hopefully we will have 2 tests in tandem to address the huge market opportunity.
Not just the LFD. BAMS could underpin the share price. The scale of government spending on diagnostics indicates to me that they are not placing all of their chips on a vaccine. One successful mutation & it’s back to square 1.
It’s all in the interviews, he said it might be summer, it won’t be Christmas, it won’t take long, maybe a few weeks, it could be a couple of weeks, soon & not long now.
That’s one angle profit & frankly the sale ****ed me off. Having said this, it really doesn’t matter if you stick the test in your mouth or nose, providing it’s easy to use, good spec & non evasive. Maybe, just maybe he sold the shares a the point where he new the test would work & go into production at scale. I guess we’ll find out at some point.
I definitely feels like a coordinated syndicate of bashers have turned up. They must be shorting. There’s no other explanation. I couldn’t be bothered to spend so much time posting on something that I had little interest in if there wasn’t a financial incentive.
AS specifically set timelines & no placing required during the summer presentation. I was already in, but if I was a new investor, I would have bought at around £2.00 based on what was said. Literally, days later they raised around £50 million & the news flow has pretty much dried up since then. Read the RNS about the blocking therapy. “Can potentially be developed quicker than a vaccine” then in the last presentation he’s said that he doesn’t want to “over egg the pudding with that one”. His share sale was also timed appallingly. I think they will get the tests to market but watching the price drop 20% in one day gives people the right to have an alternative opinion.
