Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
I'll be here waiting for Glycotest to get listed on nasdaq.
On the original tweet there's an anaesthetist from great ormond Street hospital praising the idea and requesting them being installed there! Now that tells you how important these machines are!
Lots of others commenting too. Very impressive!
Bolt current mcap, according to Kucoin, is $8.84 million USD
Anyone know anything about the company?
Antelope coming with the level headed post yet again!
Too many people expect to instantly double their money, probably due to one or two rampers, that when it doesn't happen or things are running behind they'll wet the bed and run off.
The JV is coming, the BZT JV already signs shows CBs intent, its just taking a little longer to get the full details of the place.
Shrews, the deal is 50:50 split after JLPs costs are reimbursed, or has that changed?
Marketviking that's not true, FT tech has been around for years, I'm not aware of any commercial use of it though till now?
Fulcrum Bio are currently using BP / Johnson Matthey FT product and have been producing SAF for the last couple of months. They also have plans to be producing SAF here in the UK by 2025 and another 5 plants in the USA.
Seems strange to me to announce BZT JV before JLP. Surely the exploration work for JLP was much easier than drilling for BZT.
Can anyone clarify this bit for me...
Jubilee Metals Group ("Jubilee") Agreement
In the event that Jubilee Metals Group elects to enter into a joint venture and design, construct and finance a processing plant for the JV Properties, Caerus and Bezant will subordinate their interests under the Joint Venture Agreement to the 15% free participation due to Jubilee under its agreement with Caerus
How on earth are JM putting all their eggs in one basket? This is just one of many areas that they've given up on. Yes it's a surprise, but, they are obviously confident it wouldn't be profitable for them. Very poor its taken so long to work that out but better to cut losses now than later.
Batteries are a now market, but, IMO, are not a very long lasting market. Hydrogen is the future, better to be at the forefront of that ready for when the market catches up!
Just had a very quick look on the Martlet website, surprised I haven't had a proper look already! Some very interesting companies there!
The main one that stood out was Echion Technologies, a battery that charges from 0 - 100% in 6 minutes. Just completed series A funding for £10 million and looks like they're planning on starting production soon.
Do we know anything about the Martlet investment companies?
Nice one Biffa! I missed the presentation when my parents landed round. Sounds like you asked the questions most of us would have, given chance!
Really good to hear Glycotest is back on track, though it thought they were having technical issues with the test, not just lab capacity and sample returns?
If proaxsis can get this out before Xmas I'll be a very happy man! Feels like forever since it was first announced. I expect this anti body test will be massive for the vaccine booster program, hopefully saving a lot of vaccines been given unnecessarily!
Interview from Dr II on proactive investors talking about their investment in Sofant.
Does the £300k sound a lot to anyone else? Over 1/3 of the total investment round came from NSCI, to me that looks like they're wanting to hold as much of Sofant as possible.
He also talks about Proaxsis and how they're biomarker tech can be adapted to detect other diseases.
Very busy final 1/4 for NSCI!
Jimzi, of course we can blame ourselves and credit you for spotting it, but, surely NSCI should have highlighted this at the interim.
On their table showing fair value of the companies they've got Glycotest at £11m, assuming thats for their 64%, that values them at about £17m. Where as it should have been more like £22m!
TQ, Fosun still have 1/3 of that $10mil to pay yet, they'll get their full 40% when that final installment is paid, is how I saw it anyway!
How had that not been noticed before? Is that valuing Glycotest at $30mil?
Don't need to... But should they? A US patent would get people talking and attract new investors!
More new developments on the proaxsis website.

IMO the JV with JLP and BZT will be going ahead, they've both spent a lot of money and a lot more to go yet. Just a matter of working out the size of the assets to work out how big the plant needs to be.
