Hi, I’ve been watching these shares for sometime now and the thought crossed my mind there’s a lot of huge unknown late trades, (this is only my opinion) could it be possible that AXL are buying back their shares to put back in the treasury to protect the companies interests. Millions coming in and assets producing large quantities of oil. A person owning 16% + as a shareholder ( largest shareholder) if it was me I would protect the company that I have built. And is it possible thats why the results from ic-2 have not been released. If this were fact, the company would be protected from a takeover and the shareholders would benefit from a raise in share prices. As I say it’s only my opinion.

Rome was never built in a day, I fully agree with your way of thinking. To the future no one knows but hopefully this is a well run company that is capable of building a better aim listed company and I think long term can be very successful, only my opinion.

When you look at a company like met1 up to 80+ percent gains on Friday and it’s going to take years before any mining takes place, I must be on a different planet MedPal are making cash turnover every month doesn’t make sense.

As I don’t like to get involved in politics on group chats, but on this occasion I’m going to fully agree labour are very anti business and couldn’t care less if small businesses survive or not🤬

Unlike a lot of aim companies on the stock exchange (oil, gas, minerals ect) we have a monthly cash flow that is advancing nicely. I certainly agree with lots of you guys on this group chat, that have done your own research and have a positive outlook on this company, that MedPal is a company going places now and in the future, but soon as results come out in near future all the bottom feeders will be on this chat group ramping & de- ramping . Don’t let it change your way of thinking about MedPal, after all how many times in 2/3 years when a share price has gone up massively and say I was in that in the beginning but sold 😔 Good luck to all you guys truly in MedPal

If 32000 prescriptions in February what sort of figures now( mind boggling)

In February 2026, the Remedi pharmacy business (operating as Remedi Solutions from leased premises in Runcorn, UK) was actively functioning and dispensing prescriptions, handling over 32,000 prescription items that month alone.The operation was in a transitional phase following its initial administration in late 2024. Here is the timeline of events surrounding that period:February 2026: Remedi operated under the oversight of MedPal Limited (a subsidiary of MedPal AI plc). MedPal was operating the facility and fulfilling thousands of NHS and private prescriptions monthly.April 2026: MedPal Limited officially acquired the Remedi pharmacy assets, trade, and business operations to further scale its digital pharmacy and healthcare operations.

I was doing a bit of research into the ins and outs of Remedi , our very smart director built a company specially to hold the lease for the acquired pharmacy , what a piece of engineering. And company name is New Performance Health Limited listed 26 march 2026 also sell medical products

Jason Drummond, Chief Executive Officer of MedPal AI, commented:

On 6 December 2024, Remedi entered into administration. In October 2025, Jason Drummond entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement ("SPA") with the Administrators to acquire Remedi's trade and assets for which the Administrators (Nick Harris and Lucinda Coleman, of PKF Francis Clark), were paid £30,000 to secure the right. Under the terms of the SPA, Mr Drummond had the right to novate his interest in the SPA and his right to acquire the Remedi pharmacy business. Pursuant to the requirements of an S26 pharmacy licence, in order to preserve the existing trade and pharmacy licence, Medpal Limited was appointed as the Responsible Person to operate the pharmacy business. Since this time, MedPal Limited has accordingly already received some economic benefit.

Looks like we will could get a undate on sales from Remedi as well (economic benefits) 🤔

Universal Pharmacy Limited (UPL) was not a publicly traded entity and did not disclose its monthly turnover before collapsing. However, historical NHS prescription item records and subsequent corporate reporting outline the scale of its former operations:Prescription Volumes: At its peak in August 2024, the pharmacy dispensed 25,812 prescription items per month.Pre-Administration Activity: Dispensing figures dropped sharply prior to its administration in August 2025, with around 17,000 items dispensed monthly in April and May, before falling to under 4,000 items in June 2025. For a company trading for 14 years MedPal mashed them in 5 months. Just to prove growth rate on swaffham .
