Not a Penny More, Not a Penny Less
Metcalfe, a Polish immigrant to the United States, rises from messenger boy to corporate magnate, combining business skills with little loyalty and much ruthlessness. By the 1960s, he is a multi-millionaire.
Taking advantage of a British decision to allow companies to claim North Sea drilling rights with little money down, Metcalfe creates Prospecta Oil, a paper company designed to look good and bring in investors to be left when the bottom drops out.
Metcalfe's agents hire David Kesler, a Harvard MBA who talks up the company to the four protagonists, and they buy stock. But Harvey (indirectly) sells out at the top of the market, the stock crashes, and the four are left with major losses.
I hope Alessandro isn’t Metcalfe
There are a few scenarios with buying options,
• They buy them and then sell into the market but you would depress the share price.
• They cancel the shares, which would increase the share price.
• Use them like a dividend, for every 10 shares you hold, you will receive 1 new share, again increasing the share price.
• Or simply increase your holdings and voting rights.

Guys I am not trying to deramp, I will not be selling, I will be holding. I hope I am totally wrong and this company does really well because then so do I and many others, but And a big but, because up to now we have not had anything concrete. We need names and hope they come soon.
Thank you extrader for your insight, makes it a lot more clearer now. Assuming the shares got to 5p, these companies can cash in and run so to speak without anyone knowing? Once again thank you for your helpful knowledge.
Guys when you buy shares your betting that they may go up and we all make money.
Try looking at it, not from a shareholders point of view but from a board of directors points of view and you are the director of the company 100% owned by you. You have approximated 2000 people in some way working towards a project.
A Long the way you will need funding, in circumstances like this funding is not being given, what do you do. Like in the Dragons den, do you take on a few dragons who can invest in your company and make it successful but also taking a big chunk of the percentage or do you let it go to the wall.???
You should always do your own research into the company before you invest your hard earned cash.
I agree, raw materials are needed and BOD know this. Personally I would buy them out if I had the wealth.
The Americans or the Chinese Will bid for the company, as they need potash and will see this is a great opportunity IMHO.
