Im a cynic, i suspect that the real reason why the government are dragging their feet, is because there are 651 slow thinking politicians and associated ministers, who dont have a finger in the pie yet and are trying to position themselves into what will be a monumental cash cow when it comes to fruition.

VAST, Vastly overates itself as a company. its mismanaged, woefully run and a dog of a share. my entire holding before this consolidation had been watered down to £2.30...... soon, i will owe money.... :-)
