WOW, great RNS, we have reduced losses and have carried out some maintenance on the camp site and had the two old Land Rover defenders serviced. Well, I’m happy then, that’s good news, sorted, please feel free to issue some shares and equity on the back of that, no arguments from me.

or perhaps they see a potential down side by not converting. like, we cant pay them, because we dont actually make anything, all we do..... is study things..... fact find.... see what weve got, seee how much more we might think weve got.... then study and test to see if its true, then research and then study that research...ad nauseum, infinitum, until we need to rope someone else in with a promise of jam tomorrow (to coin a labour phrase)..... it would be unprecedented (to coin a conservative phrase).... except its not, we set a precedent for this long ago....

Correct Donny92, it means they are now in the canoe with the rest of us, so budge over. It means that they now also have to suffer the ever increasing issue of equity, so that we can raise funds, to discover more material, that we can raise funds for to do studies on how to get it out of the ground, so that we can raise funds so that we can engineer the correct and most profitable extraction method and before you know it, gold will have to be at £1million an ounce for us to break even, but, we can issue some equity so that we can fund and form a study group to see how long it will be before we ralise that the only person getting rich out of this, is the head cheese.

i disagree about the 0.05p price, i think closer to 0.09, but (and i do hold millions of shares) this has been effectively neutered by the addition of 20% more shares at a discounted price, thus making anything above 0.20 quite possibly unattainable due to 4 billion shares potentially ready to be cashed in by the II's. this is just a fact, no ramping, no deramping. pure fact of the matter as i see it. sure, good drill results would be very welcome, but this is going nowhere just now. IMO

well, we have just had a new RNS and that mens that if the share price does hit 0.11 as you suggested, that will be over 50% instant profit and thus, selling and profit taking, so, i doubt this will climbe above 0.08 in the foreseeeable.

Is the VAST amount of shares that keep being issued. AND, we all know what happens next don’t we.......... CONSOLIDATION, so that more shares can be issued....... dog of a share this one.

i would happily support my local dairy farmer. i live in rural somerset, near the coast and they all killed their live stock 10 - 15 years ago at the last foot and mouth outbrak. now they make cider. dont get me wrong, i like a drop o scrumpy, but i also like milk on my cornflakes. i have a choice, tesco, aldi, lidle, or asda, i havnt seen a milk float in my area for over 10 years. its a shame. i buy local produce, i shop at my local butchers and my local fishmonger, but i cant get milk anywhere else.

drilling, casing, perforation, cementing, annulus testing, well clean up, setting a downhole guage and safety valve, testing and then flow the well, lots to do, not even close yet. (obviously not in the right order, but lots to do)

KDNC, or UKOG, this is a static share. It needs some direction, currently, we are just paying the BoD wages

I cashed in my shares on this a while ago, i made over 150% profit........... i was happy........... pleased with myself...

I cashed in at 0.54..... it is now 1.51...

it NEEDS TOO, for me to break even. this has been a dog of a share ever since big Dave bigged this up as REM!

if this bounces anywhere close to 20p, the kieran will issue some shares to raise more money. he has a past record for it and it has been happeneing since the good old days when this company was known as REM. i have a potentially massive loss in this company and i doubt i will ever see my initial investment/gamble returned. am i bitter, probably, but i am also aware of what this company tends to do. the C & C, Confetti and consolidate

Munch box.... silly person, you know you are not allowed to ask questions that go against the party line. This is the same for any bb of any share. You will only upset and inflame the habitual posters, who will assume that all of this has been asked and discussed and put to be, long ago.

You should limit your posts to positive statements of faith and belief and questions that show you are looking at the company in at least an attempt at positivity.
The People who post on this board most often will give you no quarter and will verbally slate you if you fail to follow the party line like an ill informed ovine.

You MUST toe the line, and if you cant.... then.... like animal farm, napoleon the pig will sort you out.
