It takes time i know. engineering, permissions, certificates, approvals, before you actually start the real work. buying the long lead items. im in the same boat on my north sea projects. ive been working on for a year and first oil isnt until 2025.
so, i understnad the issues, but that wont stop the SP dropping. people invest and want profits quickly.
i think the term ''failed'' is a tad strong. each time they have tried they have learned more and the RNS clearly states that an oil based drill mud is required, not water based and not acid based (acid being citric acid, basically lemon juice).
so, not failures exactly. thats just how it is in the oil and gas industry.
every days a school day
for what its worth, i sold my entire holding at 45p and then watched it climb to 50 p...... then bought back in entirely and more, at 34.5p.... technically im on a free ride, positive, but still down on paper. i guess what im saying is, set yourself a limit and stick to it. i should have waitied before buying back in, FOMO.....
but the rich dont pay NI, because if you have a clever accountant, or even yourself, you pay ypurself the minimum wage and then large directors salaries, lke politicians do, that way, you avoid NI whilst actually maintaining maximum NI payments.... strange but true
its all ''jam tomorrow'' though isnt it.
its all very, ''ooohh..look what we've discovered, more copper, and gold and more copper here''
lets check again..... ''ooohhhhhh... even more copper and precious metals''
lets invest in another field and see whats there.... ''ooohhhh...copper''
lets check again and see if we can improve the forecast.....''oohhhhh we found more''
and so on and so forth, ad nauseum.
meanwhile, this company has the POTENTIAL to increase its wealth..... but achieves, bugger all
it wont

yes, i feel it too. she was my boss for 17 years. she even waved at me once. :-)
Whilst this sounds bad, its actually not. it means that other people have some faith in the company. maybe no need for an equity raise now either.
onwards and upwards
