Noe, im no geologist, but, im fairly certain Fe (Iron) isnt a ''rare earth mineral''.

No SP change because, lets be honest, in the last few years, we have been into lithium, out of lithium, got into Iron, consolidated, changed names and watched the SP drop to where it has now and then sit here for the last 18months with no real change.

Lets be honest about this.

Ive been in here since the days of REM, like a lot of people and sunk so much money in (for me) that i need this to 8 bag to break even.

Or maybe, the market hasnt woken up yet.

Yes, but. the thing with the share buyback is, the shares havnt been cancelled. they are still owned and held by the company. Which means in essence that at any point, they can be re+sold into the market without any further notice by the company to the shareholders, other than to say, we have just done it.

Whereas if they were cancelled, the company would have to issue equity in effect to put the shares back into circulation which as we know would have an adverse (usually) effect on the SP.

So, whilst i appreciate that the company has bought shares back, it hasnt cancelled them. Ergo, they are still there, ready to go back into the market should the company require the funds.

Only my opinion but, 9 months from now, we should have another 9 million in the bank, debt free, 20million cash, a producing set of wells, gas export, our own gas turbines, i would expect to be nudging 50p.

This is a cluster f''' in my opinion.
The rot set in at the consolidation back on July 1st 2020.
The ramping crew bleated on about how good it would be, company making and anyone who disagreed got verbally berated for not toeing the company line, Hydrogen being one of the bell ends.
I would post the thread as proof, but its been deleted.
Suffice to say, we have gone from 24p after consolidation to the sorry state we are in now.
Now de-listing from AIM, which may, or may not be a smart move, but i suspect that in a few years time, say, 5, they will be back on AIM and the SP will be a lot lower.
