Excellent clarification by Oopsi of the Georgians PR post re Arbi , mainly the fact that it does NOT imply that we have lost 99% of our area....yet !

Was the Arbi about simply about deciding if we broke terms.... yes or no ....and if yes ( as it has been judged ) did not have to consider what got us to this point i.e Georgian obstructions over number of years .
Is where we are now i.e. found to be in breach of the contract and Georgians weighing up their options what the interventions of US politicians was /is about ?
Is this where the negotiations now start , with the Georgians looking how to act upon Arbi decision with the US Senators words ringing in their ears ?
I do not expect to hear anything from our men any time soon whilst this is played out . However a pointer to lost all or not may be the actions of the liquidators FTI .
If they pack up their bags and leave New York and head back to Caymans to arrange final meeting in liquidation then that would suggest all is lost , if not well............

Website was back up two days later and we assumed bearing in mind the comments in email that payment issue was the cause .

Might be the same issues this time , who knows. lets hope it reappears next few days .

Just musing on a sunny but bleak Monday morning
I was wondering if the global shutdown will impact on the timeline of Arbi decision. My first thought was yes , but then thinking it through , all presentations have been heard and its just for the panel to discuss and decide which presumably can be done digitally. Maybe situation could even speed things up as cases that were due / needed to be face to face are put back creating opportunities to deal with cases at our stage to be wrapped up earlier .
On a more somber note ....Las Vegas casinos / hotels are closing their doors for foreseeable future , the world is clearly coming to an end.

Is that what USA comments have been about bearing in mind Arbi was coming to end end when they intensified their input . Does Zaza have some confidence in Arbi outcome but feared legal action in courts by Georgians as more of a threat at this late stage .

Don’t for one minute think they are oblivious to our internal issues , but as I said I now appreciate much better why we have had radio silence .....not revealing anymore than we can see via Court docs .For all we know Georgians may well have referred to our internal problems in their submissions , but if so hopefully based on limited info .

I have been very critical in the past re the silence from our men , particularly when all the court docs were flying around in winter / spring early 2019 .
Do to info unearthed by sleuths on here this last few weeks we now have the benefit of a better incite into the determination of Georgians to do us in . I suppose that will have been our main thrust in Arbi .

Arbi is considering our dispute with Georgians , we will have said to panel ...look what they have done to frustrate and harm our operations.
Any talk , comments , info re litigation from Zaza to us or the wider audience will have fed the Georgians over and above what is already in court Docs , perhaps enabling them to build into their case further / counter evidence ( in their view ) that our efforts to exploit the resources have been hindered not by them , but by our internal affairs .
As all is now starting to come out I am much more forgiving to Zaza re his silence .

Another thought I have had since my initial positive view , is settlement on the horizon as both parties views are that all that matters that count may be lost re Arbi so whats the point of more in legal costs . Countering that is the thought that if so, then our men would still want to peruse Hope for his $56m...if they had a strong case . Coming weeks going to reveal all

Think you have it correct on the court cases Cali & Texas . Re the liquidation , I don’t think there is a time limit , it can take as long as it takes for the liquidator to sort out the affairs . Simple ones 3- 6 months ....complicated ones , get the length of string out .
Suppose FTI will be mooching out what he can in US whilst he like the rest of us await the Arbi outcome . Based on the result he will then have to make decision if its worthwhile pursuing anything from us . If we get nothing out of arbi I would assume he would look to wrap things up with fairly quickly .
If we get any worthwhile result then I assume its the resumption of battle 2 which could be a long process...or ....Mads theory may come into play and everyone will be on speed dial.

Made me think of what our opponents must know but don’t seem to use.
Ia’m thinking of the various politicians , commentators , strikers etc in Georgian and offices in Russia who have been detracting us this last 18months and in particular since the US politicians stepped in .
They have written many negative words in order do us down but the glaring omission to me is the lack of comment / focus on our financial affairs and various court cases against us. But most importantly the fact that Frcc is being been liquidated , cannot recall any reference to that .
If you wanted to highlight how bad a company is what better argument is there than pointing to the liquidation of its main asset owning subsidiaries on Georgian soil .
Think there was a reference many months ago by one commentator re FRR directors in litigation against each other but thats about it .
They must know it , why are they not using it ....strange .

Iv’e not looked back at Mads archive but got in my mind that the change had not yet been approved , another Georgian barrier , maybe wrong .
If not then surely thats good for FTI (Hope) as it is still in company they control........as far as Georgians are concerned anyway.
If we get a result from arbi WE need change agreeing to in order to help safeguard our position as it would then create further complications to FTI in liquidation courts
.Lets assume the worst and FTI get farm out voided, then presumably.....( if Georgians have agreed already or in future to allow us to put licence in FrrUS ) ..... they then would have to get Georgians to agree to switch it back ....again ....
.Was thinking that comments from USA politicians as well as aimed at furthering negotiations prior to Arbi decision may also be aimed on next hurdle after i.e. encouraging them to agree to licence change .

In the good old days I used to log on daily eager to see how this share was performing .
That I now fully realise was very boring .
Now I log on even more eagerly to be informed ,enlightened , surprised, encouraged , heartened and bloody well gobsmacked by what folk on here sniff out .
One of my sporting hero ‘s famously said after stuffing the Germans in Barcelona ....Football , bloody hell....
