Zaza’s mantra is Arbi judgement don’t allow PSA cancellation and contract its self on events so far does not allow PSA cancellation .
So he is saying why should we negotiate on something that legally we are entitled to .
But don’t we need to negotiate extension of PSA for the remaining 1%, is it 5 years or so remaining . Recall he made ref to that being one of the few obstacles when talking to the workers back in the winter.
Clearly he has his strategy but on the assumption / hope that he is correct re Arbi / contract at some point he will have to sit down and negotiate extension .

Then you have all this going on ....Zaza shouting his mantra from every roof top that allows him on ....whilst FTI sit in NY waiting to potentially hover up any success Zaza my achieve in Georgia , so on the face of it Zaza is doing all this work for Hope’s potential benefit, surely not !!!
If it wasn’t for the US political involvement I would think in some way all this has half an eye on FTI . but how , doesn't make sense .

Re conditions, as previously said could involve VAT/ sunk costs etc but it would be good PR for GD as they approach elections if they told voters that they had used arbi result to force FRR to look after the workers jobs / wages as part of the conditions to carry on .

Insolvency laws require courts to consider if liquidated company entered into transactions that reduced assets of Co . The closer to liquidation date any transactions occurred the more suspect they will be viewed.
Thats what FTI are looking at .
The fact that a third party in this case GOGC have said ...you have not done this correctly / we have not agreed ....is irrelevant to FTI . Likewise if GOGC had agreed it would still be irrelevant to FTI .

Asset could have been given / sold to my Aunty Mable with the blessing of GOGC and Arbi , dosn’t matter to FTI , they will still investigate it .
So after going round the houses again I will repeat , any alleged Arbi ruling does not impact on FTI investigations into any breach of insolvency law no matter who now owns asset .

There is a world of difference between Arbi ruling on legality of issues under the contact between the two side including FRR transfer of asset and the transfer being deemed illegal under Insolvency law.
FTI via courts are examining the transfer on its own merit under Co insolvency laws. Arbi deals with legality under the contract terms . Docs may indicate transfer was not completed correctly within contract / Georgian procedures but nothing Arbi allegedly ruled needs “ ratifying “ by NY or Caymans court.
The way you are portraying Arbi jurisdiction / power then it must follow that if Arbi ruled transfer was legal then FTI would pack up and go home

I have not read the leaked doc that is proporting to be true Arbi judgement so am at a slight disadvantage .
You say ... the arbitration ruled the transfer illegal so by that reckoning it belongs under the ownership of FTI, as court appointed liquidators. ...

To suggest that issue of insolvency law is under the remit of Arbi panel and they have made judgement on such whilst the issue is yet to be decided in New York / Caymans courts is incorrect, as is your “reckoning“ that the asset now reverts under the ownership of FTI .

Agree about the head spinning TOT - and some of us have had nearly a decade of that in this share. Some poor soles even more.
I remain very pessimistic here but the resilience is remarkable. Big egos have been hurt - and as ever with this company it is very difficult to distinguish between fact, fiction or just plain arrogance.
B20 is a bit like Cinerama5 and Kickmuck - we all speculated as to their true origin. As you know I was always convinced the C5 was directly linked to SN - perhaps his personal assistant. Kickmuck clearly was linked to the Company in some way - a couple of posts had info that simply could not have been gleaned elsewhere.
Re B20 and links to the company I would urge caution. LSE posting history was wiped out pre 2018 - and since then I think he has only posted on FRR. However I was in Afren in their dying days back in 2016/17 (and actually made some money of it). I do recall B20 posting on Afren in their final weeks - and unfortunately he wasn’t right.
Re emailing Zaza I can confirm no response received. He has been very consistent.

This is getting intriguing , the question is , it one fake to counter another fake , one fake to discredit one genuine , or genuine to counter genuine .
Without further confirmation jury is still out with me ...but ....if tonights docs are real I would bet my shares its Zaza’s who has employed or is the messenger.

Maybe he has got wind of our war chest and is looking for a payout in lieu of fees owing .

You have to assume this leak of ....The Judgement .... was leaked by the Georgians and therefor totally plausible that it could be an edited version .

If .....If its genuine Zibs is correct assuming those who have posted extracts hold shares.
