All very confusing
I have no handle on how things work re inter country registration of companies and the WUP in one country affecting registration / viability in another .
Still not clear to me if FRR US is stand alone or under a still viable parent Co in USA
Whichever it seems we need our shares to be within FRR US
This is where I get even more confused ….if thats possible !
Tombolas mate contacted liquidator and was told
“and we will issue correspondence to all shareholders as promptly as circumstances permit. . . “
I think Caymans Co law re liquidations indicates that…..
Where a winding-up order is made all transfers of shares or alteration in the status of the company's shareholders and all dispositions of the company's property made between the date of presentation of the petition and the order for winding-up (and following the order for winding-up) are void unless the Court otherwise directs…..
So does Tombolas message indicate they hold the share register , or was it just a std copy and paste response without any detailed checking of register status bearing in mind Toms mates enquiry was so soon after the actual event .
If Register is still with liquidator how negative is that to us ?
If we were not transferred out prior to the presentation date of WUP on Nov 30th would a copy be kept in Houston ?
If so can our Co simply use that info simply to create another' SH register in FRR US ?
Also re any transfer that may have occurred pre Nov 30th …. under governing rules and in order not to include any dark forces ….could they be selective ?

Just published on Caymans Court site
Winding up order was granted
Now what ?????
Had a look at Caymans court listings under Financial Servjces Division late last night hoping to see our hearing crossed off.
There were no alterations to those listed for today .
Checked again this lunchtime just prior to hearing time and we were still listed.
However another case due at 10 am had by now been crossed off stating Matter Relisted.
So obviously they were updating revised info re the status of scheduled hearing.
Ours still being shown whilst others were crossed off seems to indicate our hearing went ahead .
Mad
Aren’t the funds just investment vehicles for other people to invest in, with OM managing them for fee’s
WHamboy
As I posted last night this seems to be an orderly closure of two of the funds within the OM portfolio .
I assume its very different than the VWU that Hope orchestrated when he took control of our asset holding Co back in 2018 when we defaulted on payments .
Maybe these are defined time funds and have run their course not sure how these set ups work .
Bottom line in my view is this not as you say “ the end Outrider” …. .Outrider Management is still an ongoing entity
Orderly closure of the funds I should have said . Doubt very much it has negative overtones re the people involved
Lifeishard
No expertise in these matters but I suspect it’s a self imposed move as part of an orderly closure ……for whatever reason

Looed , thanks for the time line re Ya case .
So ….FRC submit their appeal re YA one month AFTER the WUP is lodged against them in Caymans .
You would think if they expected the WUP to go through , with YA then taking a place in the line of creditors of the wound up company they would not bother appealing Ya and paying associated court costs just 7 days before WUP hearing .
Caymans Court listings for next week have just been published and FRC winding up hearing is shown listed for next Tuesday under Justice Segal
No legal side representing FRC is shown .
So will it be “extinguished “ as the Co informed us before / in hearing ?
Looed has recently posted Ya case update showing we are appealing that one , so presumably our men expect FRC still to be about after Tuesday 16th or why waste more money in legal fee’s in lodging the appeal .
Looed …for clarification / confirmation of my thinking ….was the appeal in YA case lodged after WUP was lodged?
Re the winding up hearing in Caymans on the 16th……..listed in the Caymans Gazette , it says
Any creditor or shareholder of the Company may be heard on the question of whether or not a winding up order should be made .
Maybe some on here currently sailing their yacht in the area with a couple of hours to spare .
tsbs1 how you fixed ?
Toffers
Many thanks for replying to my 18.05 yesterday with your brief message of
“get knotted”
Not sure which part of my post caused your eloquent response
Surely in wasn’t me describing your posts as
“numerous , informative , unbiased , evenhanded and fact based “
Toffers gone overboard with excitement here today.
Does make me smile when I read her numerous , informative , unbiased , evenhanded and fact based posts as in order to assist me in reading them I imagine her as Just Williams mate Violet .
Try it
As an aside I recall Violet had a lisp and her favourite line was
“I’ll thcream and thcream till I’m thick “
WHB …yes thats my take on it also , but like yourself I cannot recall what FROC covered.
On the Caymans proposed company strike off list early last month we saw Frontera Resources Corporation and Frontera Resources Overseas Corporation listed .
The Co via Looed said it was an admin oversight
This weeks Gazette incudes a section headed

Lisfeishard ….as the one who bestowed “ All things bright and beautiful” to you I am happy to consider joining the choir but with a slight change to the wording .
New words
“Are we staring to see evidence of all thing bright and beautiful “
Leave it to you to fit it in to the music arrangement 😜
