What an absolute waste of time this board is, I see nothing about QBTs' prospects, potential, progress, plans etc just post after post of petty bickering that I have no interest in. I'm ok with opinions as I can make my own mind up to take them on board or just move on, I really don't care for what you think of each other, Almost every post this morning is straight out of the school playground.

I've never quite understood the logic of ending a post with 'DYOR' while simultaneously making every effort to influence the reader's opinion.

What is happening?

Quadrise Plc have announced their intention to raise up to £5.5m via a Placing for institutional investors and a Retail Offer for individual investors.

Quadrise Plc have decided not to issue a prospectus as part of the fundraising. This means that the Offer has been limited to the sterling equivalent of €8 million and may only be open for a very short period. It also means that information relating to the fundraising is limited to the Company announcement.

Applications are due to close at 3:30pm on Thursday 30 January. Due to the nature of the fundraising, applications can close at any time and without prior warning.
