I hope you are right about Fly540, but don't forget he got rid of the shipping business because it was not performing. I suppose time will tell, the good thing is the rest of the group just gets better & better. Why 44, it's the year I was born, that makes me a silver surfer I guess. G.L.

Keeping planes in the air or not in Fly540 case is an expensive business, and I don't think Lonr got that sort of spare cash to throw around. Imo.

Yes good set of figures, but look at the transportation numbers not so great. Imo Fly540 will a drain on cash and should be sold off, Then we will see the SP take off.

I got the impression the crash was recent, however no information was released by the company. I'm also in the money, but I think the airline business could be a drain on cash, not many make money and lots of small operations collapse.

Just read on another site that a Fly540 plane as crashed, it did not say when, but apparently this is not the first crash for the airline. This airline business my not be the right investment for Lonrho, and the reason the SP is held back.

I agree the fines are just pocketmoney to the likes of NG, but why give money away because of stupid actions that could have been avoided.

Don't forget NG was fined 15mil last year, it's time the BoD started looking into some of NG's practises and put their house in order.
