Novum are confident whenever the prospectus is released the share price will be North of 10.5p. They're flippers, they wouldn't agree to this deal unless they could flip in short term.

I don't think the time stamp can be incorrect. They can delay publishing a trade but they can't publish an incorrect date/time stamp.

There will be large sells by placees that will show up delayed.

Could be mms taking out thier stop losses which brings us down to placement price.

Paul has already mentioned why we needed more headroom to put us in a better negotiating position with gas off takers. They tried to lowball us knowing we dont have the headroom to go it ourselves. Now we do and have already raised.

Loan shares also need to be repaid.

6p is cheap mate, there's no need try get others to panic sell so you can save yourself a penny.
