If you are planning a sale, then why go to all the trouble of raising money and writing specifications. The buyer might want to do things differently Its just my reading. That was from the investor presentation in March 7. It seems to be plan for sale and they had decided to sell it back then, probably long before. The strategic review coming out now is just window dressing

I really dont have an alternative plan of action for this company, thats why I dont see the shareholders group as being of much use I think CH is grossly overpaid, but all that effort just to get his salary cut? It doesnt solve some of the strategic issues the company is facing . I also dont see much point in replacing him at this stage

CMG: to be blunt the misinterpretations are cultural misunderstanding. CH probably believes imminent means imminent. To a civil servant, imminent can mean anything

In the Slovenian Civil service, as stated in the RNS , they act when the big boss tells them to do something. The civil service know they have the time and CH has the watch. That was a cliche about invading Afghanistan but it also seems suitable here
